Storage Season Policies – Updated 08/26/2022

Thank you for choosing to store with Castle Rock Marine. We appreciate your
business and would like to take a moment to review our policies regarding
storage boats.

* Winter storage season begins on Labor Day and ends Memorial Day weekend. Boats left
in storage for the summer may be subject to our summer storage fee of $160.00 per
month.

* We ask you to provide us with a minimum of 2 weeks notice so we have time to
get your boat ready for either pick up or delivery. Please be aware that we DO
NOT have unlimited availability going into any weekend even with 2 weeks notice so
please plan ahead so we can get you on the water when you want to be!

NOTE: We offer expedited service in some cases, for a fee, in the event plans change and you need
your boat quickly. Fee will only be applied if we do not have time within normal business hours to
accommodate your request to cover our additional expense.

* Boats stored at Castle Rock Marine are stored for the whole winter season and cannot be
accessed until spring (generally April of any year). In the event you need your boat out
earlier we will make every effort to accommodate you but this is based on access and is
at our discretion.

* Delivered boats must be scheduled for a delivery date, again, with the same 2 week
timeframe in mind. Please note that we do not automatically deliver your boat without
your request as we do not want to put the boat in too far in advance of your arrival. We
will retain your keys at Castle Rock Marine after we have delivered your boat.

* We continue to offer an exceptional cleaning service. Boats are cleaned as close as
possible to your pick up or delivery date but due to volume and timing, we often detail up
to 2 weeks in advance. We cannot guarantee cleaning jobs left or inspected after
scheduled pickup/delivery dates. We cannot protect against pollen and bird droppings
that occurs after the detail.

* Each year we work harder to ensure your boat will be running and ready for spring.
Although we try to contact each customer, often we must leave a message regarding
routine replacements; dead battery etc. We will proceed with replacements and routine
repairs unless you notify us otherwise in order to insure timely delivery of your boat.

* Although we make every effort to prevent small animals from getting
into your boat by baiting our facility and putting moth balls or mouse
packs throughout your boat, we CANNOT guarantee against it.

* We provide video surveillance which monitors our property 24x7 for the safekeeping of
your boat.

*Please be sure to maintain your personal insurance on your stored property to cover
any incidents or damage incurred while your boat is in storage.

* Finally, please remember that drain plugs that are left in can cause extensive water
damage. WE WILL REMOVE YOUR DRAIN PLUG and it will be tied to your
steering wheel or put in another visible location.
